II. Issue of the Report for Development, Quality and Internationalization: Guide for Turkish Higher Education, which was prepared by Prof. Dr. Gökhan Çetinsaya-Head of Turkish Higher Education Council- was published on 12th May 2014.
Focusing on the necessity of restructuring the higher education system in Turkey, the report also higlights the issues such as 2023 goals of Turkey, global Dynamics, quantitative development, qualitative development, qualified human resource development and internationalization, which aims to create a quality oriented higher education system across the country.
